These guys are absolutely the best! From the start, Johnathan was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Better Day Movers to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional moving company. My daughter is pregnant, and my retired parents traveled from Florida to Tennessee with her and her husband to help unload their 26-foot U-Haul into a two-story house. My husband and I unfortunately were not able to make the trip to help them. Initially, everyone thought it would be manageable for them to do, but as the truck filled to the brim on moving day, the reality of the daunting task ahead set in. I scrambled to find last-minute help when they arrived and was so fortunate to come across Better Day Movers. They came to the rescue on incredibly short notice, turning what could have been days of exhausting work into mere hours. Not only did they answer the phone on a Saturday, but they also quickly followed up with availability for a crew on Sunday. Their prompt response alone was a lifesaver. When the team arrived, they were punctual, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. They handled our kids’ belongings with care—as if they were their own—and made what could have been an overwhelming day feel effortless. I hope this review gets bumped as I add more praise to Eric and his team at Better Day Movers. We sold our home the Sunday before Christmas and had to be out by December 31st. I had used Eric before and completely trust him. I didn’t want to use anyone else! He had several big moves planned, but he made it work for me, which is an absolute miracle. Eric, I just want to ask you what it feels like to be the hero of this move!! Thank you so much!!! If reliability, punctuality, value, trustworthiness and top notch service are as important to you as they are to me when taking on the huge task of moving, then Eric and his crew at Better Day Movers are the company you want to work with! From his wife and her crew coming to pack breakables the day before (they were amazing and so efficient! And kind, which is a huge plus!), to Eric making sure that the canvas photos of my kids were treated like gold, wrapping them himself, and then renting a storage unit for me since our house wasn’t ready, every single aspect was perfection! Eric is very responsive and his whole crew were great guys, very respectful and careful with my things. Eric will give you a quote with no hidden fees.
